The name Para is derived from Greek, meaning "parallel" or "transcending." The chef aims to enrich your senses while conversing with the ingredients. From the essence of the ingredients to the preparation of
the dishes, we want your taste buds to parallel your expectations and even exceed them.

We only use selected local, seasonal ingredients and guide their unique flavors through iron griddles. We add creative touches that are vibrant yet elegantly understated, offering you a luxurious feast.
